This apartment is located on the ground floor of villa 1. It is more than 40 m2 and has air conditioning, central heating and a separate room for the washing machine and is suitable for 1-2 persons.

Sorolla has a cozy living room with sitting area, coffee table, dining table with chairs, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. In addition, this apartment is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. Furthermore, it has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed, large fitted wardrobes and a bathroom en suite with a double shower (hair dryer is available), sink and toilet. From the living room you have access to your private terrace with sitting area, sunbeds and BBQ.

Prices are:

• including tax, use of gas and electricity, towels, bed linen and end cleaning. 
• applicable for an occupancy of up to 4 people. If there are more then 4 people staying in the apartment, there is a surcharge per person.

In addition to the separate rental of the apartments, it is also possible to rent all 4 apartments together at an adapted rate. In that case, you can enjoy a wonderful stay with up to 10 people. You are then on holiday together in one location with enough privacy for everyone, because of the separate apartments, entrances, private terraces and gardens.
